My Training Story

A bit about my training history:

I started training over 7 years ago - it all began with the at home YouTube workout tutorials!

I took training serious from the moment I stepped in a gym - I believed I could outwork everyone!

I did see good progress, but I also overestimated what I knew and went through periods of overtraining and under training as my consistency faltered, because I wasn’t treating my body correctly.

This changed when I accepted that I had lots to learn and spent more time researching and practicing new training methods, nutritional plans, and habits.

My results exploded, and with my help, yours will too!

My personal training philosophy focuses on preparing for competing in natural bodybuilding, while improving health, athletic ability, strength, longevity and enjoying my training!
